"Found What I Needed After All"
I wasn’t expecting much when I started looking, but there were way more options than I thought. It was easy to compare the different yard tools and batteries, which helped. I have to admit, the selection was solid, and I ended up finding exactly what I needed.

"Showed up way faster than I expected"
I ordered a trimmer from Greenworks Tools because I’d been meaning to clean up the edges around my yard for weeks, and I figured it would take a while to get here. Surprisingly, I got the tracking info quickly, and by the next day it was already on the move. The box showed up in good shape, and it actually arrived earlier than the estimated delivery date, which was nice because I had a free afternoon and wanted to get some yard stuff done. Overall, really happy with the shipping experience, no waiting around, no weird delays, just a smooth delivery

"Quiet enough for my place"
I mainly cared about whether it would be too loud, and thankfully it wasn’t. I used it without any issues, and none of my neighbors seemed bothered by it.

"Easy enough to put together"
Got my Greenworks tool and putting it together was simple. The instructions was clear enough and most of the parts went on without me having to fight with it. Took maybe like 20 minutes total. I only took off one star because one step could of been explained better, but it wasnt a big deal overall.

"Pretty solid for the price"
I picked up this Greenworks trimmer for what it costs, the build quality is better than I expected. It feels sturdy in the hands, not super plasticky or flimsy, and the parts seem to line up and fit together well. The battery clicks in nice and tight too, which I appreciate. I guess the only thing keeping me from giving it a full 5 stars is the handle... it just feels a little cheaper than the rest of it. But it works fine, so not a big deal.

"Super Handy Battery Setup"
Not gonna lie, I’m happy with my Greenworks mower and trimmer so far. The same battery works in both, which is really convenient and saves me from dealing with a bunch of different chargers. Makes yard work a little less annoying...

I ordered from greenworkstools, and the battery was the main thing I was nervous about. It does charge quickly, definitely faster than my old one, and I can get through my yard work without sitting around waiting half the day. That said, I’ve had enough issues with tools and batteries in the past that my trust is a bit worn down, so I’m still keeping an eye on how it holds up over time.

My quick take: it’s fine if you’re just dealing with smaller stuff, but the second I tried it on thicker branches, I could tell it was going to struggle. I had to hit the same spots a few times, and it made the whole job feel slower than it should’ve. For the price, I expected cleaner cuts.

The site was easy enough to use, and I found the battery tool I needed without having to dig around like an idiot for ages. Checkout was quick too, which was nice. I’m giving it 4 stars because comparing some of the product info took more clicking than it should’ve, which was kind of a pain in the butt. Not a huge deal, but it could definitely be clearer

"Warranty claim was easier than I expected"
My trimmer stopped starting, so I had to put in a warranty claim. i was expecting it to be kind of a headache, because that stuff usually is, you know?
But it ended up being simple. I sent over the info they asked for, they got back to me quick, and they handled it without a bunch of back and forth. I was happy with how it all went.

Overall, it works really well and does what I need it to do. The only thing I’d mention is that cleaning it and keeping an eye on the battery takes a bit more time than I expected. Not a dealbreaker at all, just something to know going in.

I had to return a trimmer, and the refund took a few days to come through. I’m the kind of person who gets a little anxious when returns aren’t instant, so I did reach out to support. They answered and kept things moving, and in the end it all got sorted out fine.

"Handled My Damp Grass Better Than Expected"
I used my Greenworks mower on some thick, damp grass, i was surprised by how well it handled it. It barely bogged down, even in the heavier spots, which was a relief because I was expecting more of a struggle. The runtime under load was also close to what I had hoped for, and I was able to finish the whole yard with a little battery left. It felt really good to get the job done without fighting the mower the whole time.

"Works Great, Just Wish the Battery Lasted Longer"
It cuts really well and gets the job done without much hassle. The only downside is the battery runs out quickly, so I’d recommend having a backup battery handy if you’ve got a lot to do. Still a solid pick overall

"Good Tool, Rough Packaging"
I thought the tool itself was fine and did what it needed to do, but the packaging showed up crushed and taped in a weird way. You kind of expect it to arrive in better shape, especially when it’s something you’re looking forward to using.
